Every puppy is covered by our written Health Guarantee, which explains coverage, buyer responsibilities, and required next steps. To keep the Health Guarantee valid, the puppy must be examined by a licensed veterinarian within 72 hours of pickup or delivery. Failure to complete this vet exam within the required timeframe may void the Health Guarantee.
